Active with co-enzyme, Full Fat Soybean Flour is preconditioned without heat direction and has a high NSI (National Sugar Institute) worth of around 80%. It is utilized in bakery products (white rolls and breads), primarily for its lipoxidase action. Lipoxidase catalyzes oxidative bleaching of carotenoid pigments, in the wheat flour. Enzyme-Active Soybean Flour is a precious natural agent for whitening the flour, particularly where the usages of chemical bleaching agents are strictly prohibited. Lipoxidase activity is also advantageous to mechanical characteristics of concoction.

Our specific production procedure carries the action of the natural enzyme lipoxygenase that is used as a bleaching cause in bread.
